Clamshell Quilt Show July 17 & 18

We will present two quilts for all students. For the new quilter, we will teach a half square triangle and a log cabin set. For the more experienced quilter, we will teach you to make “parts” and design with these parts. We offer the more complicated piecing of the Titanic Star combined with the Quarter Square Star and the Friendship Star surrounded by four patches. We will continue by showing you how to take this design and add diagonal lines.

The morning will be devoted to learning to piece precisely and make your blocks square. The afternoon will be working with the different designs.

Because there are two of us, we can teach more than one pattern in a class to meet the needs of all quilters.
